STANDARD DELIVERY

 ROSE VELVET guarantees free delivery in all metropolitan France. Your order will be either dispatched by Colissimo or by Exapaq for a professional adress

DELIVERY TIMES*

Colissimo : 3-4 working days

Exapaq : 2 working days

EXPRESS DELIVERY

The express delivery is charged 15€ by dispatch, a 2€ extra will be charged by each extra pair.

DELIVERY TIME : Next day

EU COUNTRIES, CORSICA AND FRENCH OVERSEAS DEPARTMENTS AND TERRITORIES

STANDARD DELIVERY

 Standard Delivery will be charged by 10€ per dispatch + 2€ per extra pair

#1 group : Austria, Finland, Denmark, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Belgium, Germany, Luxemburg, The Netherlands, Ireland, France, Croatia, Dom-tom, Corse, Monaco

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME* : 3-8 working days

#2 group : Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungria, Lithuania Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia.

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME* : 7 to 10 days

REST OF THE WORLD

 DELIVERY CHARGES : per kilo, please contact us for further information

 EXPECTED DELIVERY* : 3 - 8 days

*Please note that the expected delivery time does not take into account delays that are independant from Rose Velvet’s will.

-       Please check the address is right and fully written

-       Please be sure that you have access to the address filled in. We may charge you extra delivery costs after a second failed delivery attempt .

-       If you cannot track your order, please contact us by email.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return any item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your original order.

 RETURN AND EXCHANGES CONDITIONS

Non worn articles :
The article(s) should be like new and sent back in their original packaging. Returns with articles  signs of use or with  different aspect will not be accepted.

Defective articles :

Are not concerned : Problems with size, colour or type

Rose Velvet takes in charge all returns and exchanges from Metropolitan France.

However returns apart from France are borne by the client.

Please note that only the first return fees are supported by Rose Velvet. The delivery and returns fees after a second exchange will not be borne.

 HOW TO RETURN ARTICLES 

-       Please use the original box

-       Log into your account and  go to your order history

-       Click on the order number concerned

-       Click on « Return this product »

-       Follow the instructions on screen

-       Choose the product you wish to return and please add the reason

-       Print the return  sending document and stick it to your parcel

-       Add the return document to the parcel.
